February 2025 Edition of Excerpts from some of His Lordship’s Messages

MUCH LOVE AND GREETINGS FROM YOUR FRIEND AND BISHOP – THE RT. REV’D PROF. SAMUEL O. IKE – the Diocesan, Anglican Diocese of Enugu.

1. Masquerading yourself as a leader in God’s house without being “Born Again” is a live bomb that can endanger a whole generation; quickly amend your ways.

2. Many of the blessings God will send to you may not come from the people you are serving; take your eyes off men.

3. Mission is the heart beat of God for permitting the entity called Church; any Church with zero mission mind-set is missing God’s heart beat.

4. Any time the Church ceases to produce Saints; she loses her eternal value and purpose. (John 1:12).

5. You may be a member of a Church with titles enshrined in sin, yet you are not a member of the body of Christ. Freedom from sin qualifies you as a member of the body of Christ.

6. When God pays, He pays well. Your service unto God can make you the chosen one! Ask brother David of the ladder that took him to the palace.

7. There is no other greater service in the human race than serving the Master; give serving God your uttermost best.

8. Any other “ssions” ( dedication, confirmation etc) without mission in the Church are just mere rituals that lack divine credibility.

9. You can win souls for God without a musical instrument, evangelism bus etc. Yet He decides to provide all when available men are on ground.

10. When you give your heart to mission, God will raise resources for His Mission. Dear Pastor, you are not called to be a beggar!

11. Any revival that starts and ends with you is not a genuine revival; revival has a ripple effect. Preach the word!

12. Many of the things we do in Church today without results is because we take more time “Organizing” than “Agonizing.” A praying Church is a living/result-oriented Church.

13. Shouting loudly while praying will not close God’s ear from your secret sins. It is cancerous to cover one’s sins under religion.

14. Transparency of your thoughts is the practical definition of holiness. Men must see it. (Psalms 139:23).

15. Obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit leads to further leading by the same Spirit; disobedience cuts the flow.

Friends, the same hand of God that was upon your life in the month of February 2025 will be upon you and yours mightily in the month of March.
