January 2025 Edition of Excerpts of His Lordship’s Messages

ONE MONTH ALREADY GONE IN “2025,” OUR YEAR OF THE THRESHOLD OF REVIVAL.

GREETINGS FROM YOUR FRIEND AND BISHOP – THE RT. REV’D PROF. SAMUEL O. IKE, the Diocesan, Anglican Diocese of Enugu.

Please read, digest and share these excerpts from some of His Lordship’s messages in the month of January, 2025.

1. You begin to die by instalment when you abandon God’s service.

2. If any message does not bring us to repentance; then the Church is a waste of time.

3. Joy unspeakable (that which only Jesus gives) is superior to winning lottery. You lose nothing being Born Again.

4. No dirty vessel can host revival; holiness and hunger for God ignites revival.

5. The Holy Spirit announces His presence; He does not need your help. It is an error to move when the Holy Spirit has not moved.

6. Covering your sins is only an escape to encounter God’s searchlight. You cannot hide that sin from God. Repent today!

Prosperity measured in currency is a poor prosperity.

7. Renewal of spiritual life is the order of the day for priests and leaders in the days of revival. (Proverbs 6:8)

8. Living in old glory is the highest deceit that has the capacity to block and make revival impossible for a man to encounter. (Proverbs 3:5-7)

9. More activities more than the time one puts up to seek God’s face put such a person in the place of emergency; revival is the only remedy.

10. When your life is filled only with the urgent, you won’t achieve much in life and destiny. Learn to follow the process.

11. Hunger for prayer that is directly proportional to passion ushers in genuine revival.

12. Prosperity measured in currency is a poor prosperity.

Friends, the same hand of God that brought you thus far in 2025 will be upon you and yours in the month of February.
