MAY 2026 EDITION OF EXCERPTS FROM SOME OF HIS LORDSHIP’S MESSAGES.

MUCH LOVE AND GREETINGS FROM YOUR FRIEND AND BISHOP – THE RT. REV’D PROF. SAMUEL O. IKE, the Diocesan Bishop of Enugu (Anglican Communion).

Please read, digest and share.

1. The great and constant question every man born of a woman silently asks the Divine, moment after moment and day after day, is this: ‘IS MY TIME UP?’ Yet in all your searching, discoveries, pursuits, and journey through life and destiny, have you found Jesus Christ?
Life is not ultimately about what you gain, achieve, or become; it is about whether you have encountered and embraced Christ, the One who gives eternal meaning to time and destiny.” (Psalm 90:12; Revelation 3:20).

2. Friends, no teaching or specialist hospital can ultimately set anyone free from the power of death. The final and guaranteed hope of humanity is found in Jesus Christ. A broken and contrite heart, surrendered to God, is all you need to receive the life that even death cannot overcome. Death may end earthly existence, but it cannot conquer a life rooted in Christ. (Hebrews 9:27; 1 Corinthians 15:55; Psalm 34:18).”

3. The deeper you study and meditate on the Word of God, the more the Word unveils itself to you. You can become anything God has destined you to be in life and destiny, as you feed on and live by His Word daily. Receive the grace and discipline to study God’s Word consistently, friends, for transformation comes through His truth. (Ephesians 1:17; 2 Corinthians 3:18; Proverbs 4:18; Matthew 4:4).

4. His Lordship emphatically stated that “FAITH HAS MUSCLES:”
Dear child of God, the muscles of your faith and Christian maturity can only be developed through the consistent study, practice, and application of God’s Word. Faith grows stronger through constant exercise in the Word and by living it out daily. Remain disciplined in the Word, for exercised faith produces spiritual strength and maturity. (Romans 10:17; James 2:17; Jude 1:20).

5. When a Man Lives to His Fullest Capacity:
A life lived in Christ is a life lived to its fullest capacity, because in Him we discover our true purpose, identify, and divine potentials. In contrast, a life lived outside Jesus can be considered a life lived at half capacity, because it lacks the fullness, direction and abundant life that only Christ gives. (John 10:10; John 15:5).

6. When your gift carries the touch of God, excellence becomes inevitable in your life and destiny. Therefore, make the Word of God your highest priority, for it is the foundation upon which divine purpose and lasting greatness are built. (Deuteronomy 28:1; Joshua 1:8; Proverbs 22:29).

7. When Your life is Shaking, yet you still seem to be standing, Pause and Examine your Foundation:
Friends, whenever your anchor in life is built on fetishism, human philosophy, political ideology, business acumen, intellectual prowess, wealth, or worldly systems, you are standing on a shaky Foundation and are in desperate need of God’s help. Anything outside God is unstable and temporary.
The arm of flesh will always fail, human wisdom has limits, and earthly systems can collapse; but God remains unchanging and dependable. Make God your only anchor today and always. (Jeremiah 17:5; Proverbs 3:5; Psalm 20:7).

8. His Lordship’s Five Essential Templates for Anyone Who Must Be a Kingdom Builder (we shall further elaborate on these five points in detail, which will serve as the foundation for the complete twelve-point framework in the excerpts edition).

Every genuine Kingdom Builder must possess these vital qualities and responsibilities:

(i). Must Have a Vision
A Kingdom Builder must be a person of divine vision. Vision gives direction, purpose, and clarity for kingdom assignment. One cannot build what he has not first seen in God.

(ii). Must Be Humble
Humility is a kingdom virtue. God entrusts His work to men and women who are yielded, teachable, and broken before Him.

(iii). Must Go, Interceding
Kingdom Builders must be men and women of prayer and intercession. Great kingdom exploits are sustained through prevailing prayer.

(iv). Must Go with the Word of God, Receiving Instructions Therein
The Word of God must remain the guide and authority for every Kingdom Builder. Divine instructions are hidden in God’s Word and determine successful living and ministry.

(v). Must Go Ye — The Mandate of Evangelism
A Kingdom Builder must be committed to the Great Commission: reaching souls and expanding God’s Kingdom.
Kingdom building is not for spectators; it is a divine assignment requiring vision, humility, prayer, the Word, and evangelistic passion. May God empower us to become faithful builders in His Kingdom. (1 Corinthians 3: 10 – 11; Habakkuk 2: 1 – 2; Proverbs 29:18; Matthew 28:19 – 20; Joshua 1:8; Ezekiel 22:30).

FRIENDS, WE SENSE THAT THIS SEASON IS A PERIOD OF DEEPER FELLOWSHIP AND GREATER WORK WITH GOD LIKE NEVER BEFORE. MAY THE LORD REVEAL MORE OF HIMSELF TO YOU AND OPEN YOUR UNDERSTANDING TO THE FULLNESS OF HIS PERSON, ESPECIALLY IN THIS MONTH OF JUNE. God bless you.
